Position Summary
We’re looking for a VIP Monetization Manager to join our team in a specialized role focused on Loyalty Feature, aiming to enhance the experience of our games’ most valuable players.
By developing a retention-focused strategy tailored to this key player segment, you’ll drive efforts to strengthen the connection between our games and their high-tier player base, creating an impactful and lasting bond.
In this role, you’ll manage the life cycle of top-tier players, elevating their in-game experience through innovative mechanics and features—driven by data, testing, and evaluation. You’ll work closely with Monetization, Product, and Analytics teams, making data-informed decisions on priorities for both the game team and VIP Account Managers to support the long-term growth of our high-value player tiers.
