Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Trevo Pro. If something doesn't work out, here's the clear refund policy.
1. Pro Monthly (₪39/month)
- Cancel anytime from /account/billing. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds for a billing period that already started. You continue to use Pro through the end of the month you paid for.
- You will not be charged again after cancellation.
2. Pro Annual (₪390/year)
- 14-day full money-back window:if you cancel Pro Annual within 14 days of the initial charge or any annual renewal, we'll refund the full amount.
- After 14 days — no refund. You can still cancel auto-renewal; the account stays Pro until the end of the paid year.
3. Mistaken purchases
If you upgraded by mistake, were charged twice, or charged after canceling — contact us within 30 days at /contact. We'll review and refund the mistaken payment in full.
4. Refund process
Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our payment processor. After we approve the request, Paddle returns the amount to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
5. How to cancel
Three clicks:
- Sign in and click your avatar (top-left in LTR).
- Choose "Billing" from the menu.
- Click "Manage billing & invoices" — you'll be taken to Paddle to finish the cancellation.
6. Edge cases
- Service unavailable:if the Service was unavailable for a cumulative 48 hours in the same billing month, you're entitled to a prorated credit.
- Billing error: double charge, wrong amount — full refund within 7 business days.
- Chargebacks:opening a dispute directly with your card issuer before contacting us may lead to account suspension. Reach us first — we're responsive.
