Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 20, 2026

Trevo.work ("Trevo") is committed to providing an equal service to all users and to improving the browsing experience for people with disabilities. We work to make the site accessible and to maintain its accessibility on an ongoing basis, in the belief that every person deserves to live with dignity, equality, comfort, and independence.

1. Conformance level and standard

The site has been made accessible in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments to Service) Regulations, 2013 and with Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on the WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines. We aim to meet this conformance level across the main pages of the site.

2. Accessibility features on the site

The site embeds a certified accessibility component (EqualWeb) that lets you personalise the browsing experience. Clicking the floating accessibility button opens a menu that includes, among others:
  • increasing and decreasing text size;
  • contrast adjustments (high contrast / monochrome / invert colors);
  • highlighting links and headings;
  • stopping animations and on-page motion;
  • switching to a readable font and increased text spacing;
  • an enlarged cursor and a reading guide;
  • support for keyboard navigation and screen readers.
In addition, the site is built with valid semantic structure, text alternatives for meaningful images, labelled forms, and keyboard (Tab) navigation across interactive elements.

3. How to open the accessibility menu

The accessibility button appears persistently in one of the screen corners (marked with an accessibility icon). Click it to open the adjustments menu and choose the option you need. Your settings are saved for future visits in the same browser.

4. Limitations and partial accessibility

Despite our efforts to make every page accessible, some parts may not yet be fully accessible — mainly third-party content outside our control, such as job details and apply pages hosted on external applicant-tracking systems (ATS), and external files or documents. We work to fix these elements wherever possible. If you encounter a component that is not accessible, we would be glad if you reported it so we can address it promptly.

5. Contacting the accessibility coordinator

If you encounter an accessibility issue on the site, or have a suggestion for improvement, we would love to hear from you. You can contact the accessibility coordinator: Roy Avrahami, Trevo.work, Tel Aviv, Israel — at roya@trevo.work or via the contact form. When reporting, it helps to describe the problem, the page where it occurred, and your browser and device. We will respond as soon as we can.
