Terms of Service

Credit packs (monthly subscription).A credit pack is a monthly subscription. The monthly price includes VAT and is shown before payment. The first charge is on the day you join, and the subscription renews automatically and is charged every month until canceled. Each charge adds the pack's credits to your account. The current packs and prices are listed at /pricing.

• Cancellation: cancel anytime from . Cancellation applies going forward: it stops future charges and does not undo a charge already made.
• Rollover: unused credits roll over to the next month while the subscription is active.
• After a cancellation or a failed payment: the balance stays valid for one month after the end of the last paid period (three months for the largest pack), after which unused credits expire. The exact date is shown on the billing page.
• Switching packs: when you switch, the current pack is canceled and the new pack is charged the same day. Your existing balance is kept.
• Refund of a monthly charge:a monthly charge can be refunded in full as long as none of that charge's credits were used. Once any of them were used, that charge is not refundable, and cancelling only stops future charges. A full refund of the most recent charge, or a chargeback, reverses that charge's credits and cancels the subscription; a refund of an earlier charge, or a partial refund, reverses only that charge's matching credits, and the subscription stays active until you cancel it. All of this is subject to any right under law, including Section 4.
• Earlier packs: packs bought before the monthly subscription continue under the terms shown at purchase: valid for 12 months from purchase, with no further charge.

Existing subscriptions — auto-renewal. Trevo+ subscriptions are no longer sold. An existing subscription is charged in advance at the start of each billing period (monthly or multi-month, depending on the plan purchased) and auto-renews at the end of each period unless canceled before. Cancel anytime from ; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

• Credit pack subscription: the cancellation right below also applies to joining a credit pack subscription, subject to any applicable law. The refund policy for a monthly charge is set out in Section 3 and in the refund policy.
• 14-day cancellation right (distance sale): under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, you may cancel the purchase of an existing Trevo+ subscription within 14 days of the transaction or of receiving the transaction-details document, whichever is later. On a lawful cancellation we refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.
• Extended cancellation for certain groups (4 months): a consumer who is a person with a disability, a senior citizen (aged 65+), or a new immigrant (up to five years in Israel) may cancel the transaction within four months of the transaction or of receiving the disclosure document, whichever is later, provided the engagement included a conversation between the parties (including electronic communication). We may ask for a suitable certificate (disability, senior-citizen, or immigrant) to exercise this right.
• Cancellation fee: Trevo does not charge a cancellation fee for canceling a subscription. Where a cancellation fee applies by law, it will not exceed 5% of the transaction price or ₪100 — whichever is lower — as set by the Consumer Protection Law.
• How to cancel: you can cancel anytime from or via . Nothing above derogates from your rights under the Consumer Protection Law.

The full commercial refund policy (credit packs, existing subscriptions, edge cases, and the refund process) is documented at . In any conflict between the refund policy and a statutory cancellation right, the law prevails.

Personal and fair use.A ⁦Trevo+⁩ subscription is personal and non-transferable, and is intended for the paying subscriber's own personal use only. You may not share account credentials, grant access to a third party, resell, or use the Service on behalf of another person or for commercial purposes. Use of the tools is subject to the quotas shown for your plan and to a fair-use policy, and we may limit, suspend, or terminate abnormal, automated, or unreasonable use that harms Service availability or other users.

• copy, reproduce, or redistribute catalog content outside the Service;
• run automated scrapers against Trevo;
• share your account or let anyone other than the paying subscriber use the Service;
• circumvent plan limits (e.g. by creating multiple accounts);
• upload offensive, unlawful, or rights-infringing content (e.g. in your CV);
• reverse-engineer the Service's internal mechanisms.

For the avoidance of doubt, Trevo operates active and retrospective protection, detection, and monitoring mechanisms against attempts to exfiltrate data, harvest catalog content, expose internal sources or mechanisms, or reverse-engineer the Service. Such activity is logged and may result in account suspension, technical blocking, and civil or criminal legal action — including under copyright law, trade secret protections, and the Israeli Computers Law, 5755–1995.
