Terms of Service

• 14-day cancellation right (distance sale): under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, you may cancel your purchase of a Pro subscription within 14 days of the transaction or of receiving the transaction-details document, whichever is later. On a lawful cancellation we refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.
• Extended cancellation for certain groups (4 months): a consumer who is a person with a disability, a senior citizen (aged 65+), or a new immigrant (up to five years in Israel) may cancel the transaction within four months of the transaction or of receiving the disclosure document, whichever is later, provided the engagement included a conversation between the parties (including electronic communication). We may ask for a suitable certificate (disability, senior-citizen, or immigrant) to exercise this right.
• Cancellation fee: Trevo does not charge a cancellation fee for canceling a subscription. Where a cancellation fee applies by law, it will not exceed 5% of the transaction price or ₪100 — whichever is lower — as set by the Consumer Protection Law.
• How to cancel: you can cancel anytime from billing settings or via the contact form. Nothing above derogates from your rights under the Consumer Protection Law.

The full commercial refund policy (monthly plan, edge cases, and the refund process) is documented at the Refund Policy. In any conflict between the refund policy and a statutory cancellation right, the law prevails.

Personal and fair use.A ⁦Trevo+⁩ subscription is personal and non-transferable, and is intended for the paying subscriber's own personal use only. You may not share account credentials, grant access to a third party, resell, or use the Service on behalf of another person or for commercial purposes. Use of the tools is subject to the quotas shown for your plan and to a fair-use policy, and we may limit, suspend, or terminate abnormal, automated, or unreasonable use that harms Service availability or other users.

• copy, reproduce, or redistribute catalog content outside the Service;
• run automated scrapers against Trevo;
• share your account or let anyone other than the paying subscriber use the Service;
• circumvent plan limits (e.g. by creating multiple accounts);
• upload offensive, unlawful, or rights-infringing content (e.g. in your CV);
• reverse-engineer the Service's internal mechanisms.

For the avoidance of doubt, Trevo operates active and retrospective protection, detection, and monitoring mechanisms against attempts to exfiltrate data, harvest catalog content, expose internal sources or mechanisms, or reverse-engineer the Service. Such activity is logged and may result in account suspension, technical blocking, and civil or criminal legal action — including under copyright law, trade secret protections, and the Israeli Computers Law, 5755–1995.
