Position Summary Level: Senior BI Developer - (4-8 years) We're looking for a Senior BI Developer to join our global BI team and work on our massive data processing pipelines, our Snowflake data warehouse, and the reporting layer the whole company runs on. You'll own work end to end — from the requirement, through the ETL and the data model, to the Tableau dashboard the game team opens every morning — as well as the AI layer we're building on top. Strong SQL and solid data modeling understanding are mandatory — they are the foundation of this role. AI tools are part of how we work and you'll use them daily, but they sit on top of your own judgment — you need to be able to write, read and correct the SQL and the model yourself. At this level we expect autonomy: little instruction on day-to-day work, requirements gathered directly from stakeholders, and you reviewing other people's work. You'll act as a technical anchor on complex, cross-team work.
