B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Practical Electrical Engineer – mandatory.
3–5 years of experience in electrical/electronics manufacturing or NPI engineering.
Experience in harness/cable design, electrical assemblies, and production support.
Strong understanding of DFX principles, manufacturability, and production processes.
Hands-on experience with electrical debugging, integration, and troubleshooting.
Experience with BOM management, ECO processes, and component substitution.
Familiarity with cable manufacturing, wiring standards, and electrical integration processes.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and system drawings.
Experience working with subcontractors and production suppliers.
Familiarity with OrCAD, Visio, and electrical documentation tools.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Team player with high sense of ownership and accountability.

Experience developing electrical test jigs, fixtures, or production test equipment
Knowledge in RF systems, power supplies, and electronic integration
Experience with ATE/testing infrastructure
