We are looking for a System Engineer to join our System Engineering organization as part of the Ground Systems domain.
The position reports to the Lead System Engineer – Ground Systems and serves as a key technical contributor responsible for the system engineering activities of Ground Control Systems (GCS) supporting advanced Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS).
The role includes defining operational concepts, system architecture, user workflows, interfaces, and system requirements while working closely with software, hardware, product management, testing, and external subcontractors throughout the system development lifecycle.
What you'll do
Support the Lead System Engineer in defining the Ground Systems architecture for UAV platforms.
Develop and maintain system requirements for Ground Control Systems (GCS).
Define operational concepts (CONOPS), operational scenarios, and mission workflows.
Develop operational use cases and end-to-end system behavior.
Define system architecture for Ground Control Stations and supporting ground infrastructure.
