We're looking for a hands-on Automation Team Lead to own the entire testing lifecycle—from test infrastructure design and automation strategy to a fully green CI/CD pipeline in production. You’ll lead a high-impact team, while spending ~50% of your time writing Python code, designing frameworks, and driving quality culture across R&D.
What you'll do
Design and drive the automation strategy across product releases, quality KPIs, and test tooling.
Build robust, production-grade test automation frameworks and suites using Python and pytest.
Integrate automation into our CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins-based): gating builds, generating reports, and keeping pipelines green.
Define test architecture and translate product/R&D requirements into scoped user stories and test plans.
