The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for leading, planning, continuously improving, and implementing efficient, high-quality manufacturing and assembly processes within the company’s production lines.
The role involves working closely with multiple cross-functional interfaces, analyzing performance, solving technical problems, and leading engineering projects throughout the product lifecycle — from development through mass production.
What you'll do
Plan, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes for company products.
Support product transfer from development to production (NPI) and engineering processes such as POD / FAI / PRR / ECO .
Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes to increase productivity, improve quality, optimize workflows, processes, and reduce costs .
Write and maintain work instructions, procedures, and technical engineering documentation.
