Growth Marketing Lead

At Lusha, we're building for builders. We build fast and AI-first, so we look for builders. By a builder, we mean someone who turns "maybe" into "done". We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to own and scale our paid acquisition strategy across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta, with opportunities to expand into emerging platforms. This role sits at the core of our growth engine, directly driving global pipeline growth and revenue impact. You'll be the in house expert for paid performance, setting the strategic direction for the channel mix, and collaborating with marketing, sales, and RevOps to turn budget and creative into measurable business outcomes. As a Lead, you'll also shape how the function operates. You'll set testing frameworks, define what "good" looks like across channels, and potentially grow a team as the engine scales. Hands on experience using AI powered tools to optimize campaigns, segmentation, and creative iteration is a must for this role. This role is based in Tel Aviv. We work in a hybrid model, with 3 days a week in the office. This might be for you if: You enjoy owning a growth engine end to end, from audience strategy and creative testing to budget allocation and reporting You like turning performance data into clear insights that shape acquisition strategy You care about efficiency and ROI at scale, as well as testing and scaling new channels You enjoy partnering cross functionally with growth, sales, RevOps, and product to align on company goals You actively leverage AI tools to increase efficiency, personalization, and win rates You think in systems. You don't just run campaigns, you build the playbooks and processes that let the whole team move faster
