Head of Antenna Department

• Provide strong engineering leadership to a team of antenna and electromagnetics engineers. Define R&D objectives, drive technological innovation, mentor and develop team members, plan resources, assign priorities, and ensure technical excellence. • Lead the development of antennas and antenna arrays for airborne communication, navigation, and radar systems—from requirements definition and electromagnetic design through prototype manufacturing and laboratory/antenna range testing. • Perform and oversee electromagnetic simulations and system analyses using tools such as CST, MATLAB, and Link Budget calculations. • Lead antenna design activities within multidisciplinary programs from concept through production and system integration. Manage schedules, milestones, and deliverables, and prepare technical specifications and Statements of Work (SOW). • Collaborate closely with system engineering, mechanical engineering, quality, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and IT teams. • Manage subcontractors and work directly with external vendors and manufacturers. • Interface with customers, support production activities, and present technical data in design reviews and technical forums.
