Position Summary We are looking for a motivated and proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team on a maternity leave cover basis. This is an exciting opportunity to manage recruitment for local and global roles, partner with hiring managers across different markets and contribute to innovative and challenging talent acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills, high ownership and a genuine passion for people and recruitment. They will bring fresh ideas, embrace new technologies and use AI-powered tools to improve the hiring process and candidate experience.

What you'll do

Manage assigned recruitment processes, including hiring manager kickoffs, day-to-day process management and reference checks.
Recruit for local and global roles across different markets and time zones.

Requirements

2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Experience managing and coordinating recruitment processes in partnership with hiring managers.
Strong communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Strategic, organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn and introduce new ideas.
Genuine motivation to work in a dynamic and evolving recruitment environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
