Razor Labs is seeking an Implementation & Customer Success Manager to oversee the successful deployment of our solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. This role demands a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, working closely with clients to deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end implementation process for new clients.
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to align customer needs with our solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Monitor customer satisfaction and develop strategies for improvement.
Coordinate training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the customer base.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success or implementation management.
Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Experience with CRM software and project management tools.
Ability to travel as required.
