Come join us.<br><br>The RoleAs we scale from $300M+ ARR toward $1B, HiBob is seeking a Creative Director who is equal parts visionary architect and hands-on creative leader. You won’t just manage design, you will define the heartbeat of the HiBob brand, transforming it into a category-defining visual and narrative system that challenges the status quo of the HR tech space.<br id="isPasted"><br>Day-to-day, you are the bridge between high-level brand strategy and rigorous execution. You lead creative reviews with a discerning eye, translating complex business objectives into actionable art direction that is as conversion-focused as it is beautiful. Partnering deeply with Brand, Regional Marketing, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing, you ensure our visual storytelling is cohesive across every touchpoint, from high-impact TV and OOH campaigns to digital performance assets.<br><br>You will spearhead a complete overhaul of our visual identity, creating a compelling, human-centric design language that resonates deeply across the US market and beyond.
