We are looking for an experienced Piping Design Team Leader to join our Mechanical Engineering team and lead the piping design of large-scale water treatment projects.
What you'll do
Lead and professionally manage a team of piping designers, including workload and task prioritization.
Hands-on piping and equipment design using advanced 3D CAD tools.
Lead the design process from 3D modeling through drawings, isometrics and manufacturing/installation documentation.
Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, Project Managers and international design teams.
Serve as a technical focal point for piping design and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Practical Engineer.
5+ years of piping design experience – mandatory.
Experience with 3D CAD tools such as AutoCAD Plant 3D, CADWorx, PDMS or similar.
Experience with PLM/PDM systems.
Knowledge of ASME standards and piping materials.
Very good English skills.
