We are looking for a technically minded Junior Help Desk & System Administrator to join our Tech Foundations team.
The role combines day-to-day technical support with hands-on exposure to system administration, infrastructure, networking, and cloud environments, offering an opportunity to grow and develop within the IT field.
What you'll do
Provide Tier 1–2 technical support to local and remote employees across hardware, software, and peripherals.
Set up and maintain laptops, mobile devices, and workstations.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including user accounts, access, and equipment.
Support Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft 365 environments.
Assist with basic network troubleshooting, including Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and DHCP.
