Systems Engineer – Tactical Combat Systems
ELTA’s Tactical Combat Systems Directorate is looking for a Systems Engineer to join a team developing advanced multi-sensor systems integrating hardware and software.
This position offers broad engineering responsibility for advanced, multi-sensor combat systems integrated across various platforms used by ground forces.
You will be involved in the engineering management of integrated hardware and software systems throughout the full development lifecycle — from design reviews and technical definition, through integration and testing, to delivery and installation at the customer site.
The role also includes leading development reviews with ELTA subcontractors and customers in Israel and abroad, as well as conducting tests, trials, and integration activities both at ELTA and at customer locations worldwide.
What you'll do
Leading the engineering development process throughout the project lifecycle for integrated hardware and software systems.
Providing engineering ownership from design reviews and technical definition through integration, testing, delivery, and installation at the customer site.
Managing technical requirements for the system and its subsystems.
