Communications & Network Engineering Team Lead

The role includes the day-to-day management of the communications team and responsibility for the performance, resilience, and service level of WAN infrastructure. The position also involves planning communication projects and upgrades. In addition, the role includes incident management and systems maintenance, as well as managing and leading SD-WAN solutions, Cisco ACI infrastructure, and Data Center environments. 7+ years of experience in communications, infrastructure, or network engineering, including at least 2 years of experience managing a team or providing professional leadership — required. Proven experience in the design, implementation, and operation of enterprise WAN infrastructure and transmission lines — required. Proven experience with SD-WAN solutions, including architecture design, implementation, policy management, monitoring, and troubleshooting — required. Experience managing communications infrastructure in large and complex Data Center environments — required. Hands-on experience with Cisco ACI, including Fabric, Tenants, VRF, EPG, Contracts, and Policy Management — required.
