Requirements
5+ years of software development experience with a proven track record delivering large-scale production systems
Strong programming skills in Java, Python, Go, or similar backend technologies
Experience building and operating cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP
Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, scalability, and reliability engineering
Experience developing scalable backend services, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems supporting large-scale production environments
Hands-on experience developing production-quality software using modern engineering practices, CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and observability
Experience with AI-powered applications, LLM technologies, or agent-based solutions
Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and execution skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, globally distributed engineering environment
