Take a leading role in frontend architecture and technical direction Partner with product and design to turn complex ideas into intuitive user experiences Write maintainable, well-structured code with attention to long-term scalability Identify bottlenecks and improve system performance and reliability Work closely with backend engineers to design efficient and scalable APIs Requirements 6-7 years of frontend engineering experience Proven experience with React and TypeScript Deep understanding of JavaScript under the hood, closures, async patterns, event loop, and performance considerations Experience working on complex, data-heavy or real-time applications Solid grasp of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and state management Experience designing and integrating with APIs in distributed systems Ability to take full ownership of features from concept to production Nice to have: Experience with Cypress / Playwright Background in architectural decisions or leading frontend initiatives Proven ability to ensure features are delivered with strong alignment across design, product, and user experience, with high attention to details
