Technical Ownership
Stay hands-on on meaningful work: architecture decisions, critical features, and code reviews
Lead technical planning for major features in partnership with Product and other team leaders in the organization
Define and uphold engineering standards: testing strategy, code review quality, CI/CD practices, and incident response
Build for scale, making sure all aspects of our system are ready for organizations with hundreds of thousands of devices
Requirements
6+ years of backend engineering experience, with preference for Go
At least 1-2 years of hands-on people management or formal team lead experience
Experience owning team delivery end-to-end: planning, execution, and stakeholder communication
