About the role
We’re Hiring: Technical Solutions Team Lead 🚀
We’re looking for a highly technical Technical Solutions Team Lead to join a complex, large-scale FinTech environment.
What you'll do
Lead and professionally mentor a team of Technical Solutions Specialists
Act as a senior Tier 2/3 technical escalation point for complex production issues
Troubleshoot application, integration, database, and cloud-related incidents
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using logs, DB queries, scripts, and monitoring tools
Write and run SQL queries and Python scripts for investigation, reporting, and operational needs
Work closely with R&D, Automation, and Engineering teams to reproduce issues, validate fixes, and improve production stability
Build automation and AI-driven solutions to reduce repetitive manual work and improve response times
Support and maintain SaaS tools such as PagerDuty, Coralogix, Zendesk, Slack, and Google Workspace
5+ years of experience in a technical Hands-On role, such as Technical Support, Production Support, Technical Solutions, Application Support, or similar
2+ years of experience leading or managing a technical team
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
Hands-on experience with SQL/Databases, scripting, APIs, and log analysis
Experience working with AWS or another cloud environment
Familiarity with monitoring, incident management, and SaaS operational tools
