We’re Hiring: Python & Prompt Engineer
We’re looking for a Prompt Engineer to join a leading organization and take part in developing and optimizing advanced Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
What you'll do
Design, test, and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs)
Work with RAG pipelines and Vector Databases
Integrate AI solutions with organizational systems through APIs
Structure and manage organizational knowledge to improve retrieval accuracy and relevance
Evaluate and improve model performance, including Precision, Recall, and Hallucination Rate
Conduct A/B testing and analyze AI model performance
Collaborate closely with Data, Development, and Product teams
Requirements
2+ years of hands-on experience in Prompt Engineering, Generative AI, or LLM-based solutions
Hands-on experience with Python
Experience with API integrations
Practical experience working with LLMs and Prompt Engineering
Good understanding of SQL & NoSQL databases, data structures, and information systems
