We're looking for a Product Designer who can take a fuzzy problem and turn it into a shipped, high-quality UI end-to-end.
You'll work closely with product and engineering, help shape how our AI features look, feel, and earn trust, and bring real UX thinking to a fast-moving, sometimes chaotic environment. If you're AI-native, code-comfortable, and know how to own your work independently, we'd love to talk.
What you'll do
Take features from fuzzy problem to shipped UI — flows, states, edge cases, and the pixels. All of it, and make it great.
Work AI-natively — in how you design and in how you build.
Ask questions. A lot. All the time.
Help make our product easy to use, and our AI features genuinely trustworthy.
Improve how we work.
Send gifs and memes in Slack as a standard means of communication.
Own your work.
Requirements
5+ years as a Product Designer, with strong B2B SaaS experience.
UX thinking: you frame problems and defend decisions past "it looks nice."
Solid UI craft, clean, consistent, high quality.
Independence: You turn ambiguity into shipped work.
AI-native and code-comfortable: heavy AI user, past "only Figma," can read a repo and open PRs with AI's help.
BA/BSc in Design from a leading academic institution.
Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-moving, sometimes chaotic environment.
Nice to have
Design system experience and a cybersecurity background.
Experience designing AI/agentic products.
Analytics-savvy and research experience: comfortable in tools like Pendo, reading usage data, and running in-depth customer interviews.
