Zenity was founded in 2021 by Ben Kliger and Michael Bargury. The company is headquartered in Tel Aviv and operates as a privately held startup. In mid-2024, Zenity raised a $38 million Series B funding round led by Third Point Ventures and DTCP, bringing its total funding to over $55 million. The core product is a security platform explicitly designed to protect low-code/no-code (LCNC) applications and enterprise AI copilots.

The platform provides visibility and governance for applications and automations built by business users (often called "citizen developers") using tools like Microsoft Power Platform, Salesforce, and ServiceNow. It addresses the security blind spots created when employees connect systems and move data without traditional software development lifecycle (SDLC) controls.
