Manage end-to-end import and export operations for international and domestic shipments.
Coordinate logistics activities with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and regulatory authorities in Israel and worldwide.
Prepare, review, and maintain shipping, customs, and trade documentation while ensuring compliance with applicable import/export regulations and company policies.
Obtain and manage import licenses, regulatory approvals, standards certifications, and other required permits.
Coordinate customer deliveries, exhibition shipments, Return Material Authorization (RMA) shipments, demonstration equipment, and other special logistics projects.
Track shipments throughout the supply chain, proactively resolve transportation and customs issues, and ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Purchasing, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and Operations, to support business objectives.
Monitor transportation costs, maintain accurate logistics records, and ensure data integrity within the Company's systems.
