Riskified is proud to work with incredible companies in virtually all industries including Acer, Gucci, Lorna Jane, GoPro, and many more. We thrive in a collaborative work setting, alongside great people, to build and enhance products that matter. Abundant opportunities to create and contribute provide us with a sense of purpose that extends beyond ourselves, leaving a lasting impact. These sentiments capture why we choose Riskified every day. Riskified is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join a talented and fast-moving AI Engineering team. We're the central hub for AI across Riskified, driving innovation and putting AI to work for every team and product in the company. AI already plays a foundational role in how Riskified operates. It lets us ship features quickly and at scale, equips non-technical team members with tools that boost their productivity, and underpins much of the innovation happening across the company today. If this kind of environment excites you — and if you believe great engineering means crafting the most effective and elegant solution within real-world constraints — we'd love to hear from you. About the Team Our team takes on strategic, company-wide initiatives that shape Riskified's direction. We're a group of senior individual contributors who work hand in hand with a broad range of partners — product, business development, account management, and beyond — led by the organization's Chief Architect in close partnership with the CTO. Here, you can drive change not only in the technologies we adopt but in how the organization works. The role calls for more than engineering skill: you'll navigate the organization with ease and build effective relationships at every level, from engineers and managers to VP and C-suite leadership. If you thrive at the intersection of technical depth and broad organizational influence, this team is a rare canvas to make your mark. Why Join Us? This is a compelling opportunity to work at the forefront of the AI revolution, helping define and build the AI platform that will power Riskified's future. Together, we'll develop infrastructure for autonomous and interactive agents, establish guardrails and evaluation frameworks that ensure both performance and safety, and implement cutting-edge AI and agentic design patterns. The role is also a distinctive entry point into the AI space. For those who already have some background in AI infrastructure, it offers meaningful growth within a team that is guiding Riskified's transition from AI experimentation to fully productized, AI-driven solutions.
