We are looking for a highly organized and execution-oriented Flight Operations Coordinator to coordinate flight and field activities, resources, schedules, and operational readiness in a dynamic R&D environment.
What you'll do
Plan and coordinate weekly flight, test, and field activities according to R&D and program priorities.
Coordinate pilots, integration teams, systems, equipment, sites, and other resources required for each activity.
Maintain the operational schedule and manage changes, conflicts, and constraints in real time.
Track readiness before activities, including personnel, systems, equipment, logistics, and site availability.
