About the role
Defense Program Managere
A leading Defense division within the Missiles & Space Group is seeking a Defense Program Manager to lead an Air Defense Systems program for an international customer.
What you'll do
Lead the delivery program of ground-based air defense batteries for an international customer.
Lead the execution of a signed contract and identify opportunities for follow-on programs.
Manage business, technical, and programmatic interfaces with the customer, including budgets, contracts, engineering, performance, deliveries, and milestones.
Lead system integration, testing, and verification processes, including customer trials.
Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, finance, contracts, manufacturing, ILS, and customer service.
Requirements
B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Industrial Engineering & Management – Mandatory
At least 3 years of experience managing development projects valued at over $20M – Mandatory
Proven experience working with international customers – Mandatory
Willingness to travel abroad – Mandatory
Proven experience in matrix management – Mandatory
Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English – Mandatory
Proven experience in budget and program management
