What will you do?
As an IT System Administrator, you will be a key member of our Corporate IT team, responsible for supporting employees across the organization in all aspects of IT.
This role is primarily focused on day-to-day IT support, identity and access management, and automation of IT processes. You will serve as a key point of contact for employees, so a strong service-oriented mindset and people-first approach are critical.
We are looking for someone who has experience in a modern SaaS-based IT environment and who is passionate about improving employee experience through efficient, scalable, and agentic IT operations.
Responsibilities:
Provide daily Corporate IT support to employees across the organization
Own and manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Administer and maintain identity and access systems
Manage and support Google Workspace administration
Migrate existing automation workflows into agentic-based IT processes
Build and improve agentic IT workflows to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency
Operate in an agentic IT environment, leveraging AI-driven tools and workflows to increase automation and reduce manual effort
Requirements
Proven experience (at least 3 years) in Corporate IT / IT Helpdesk in a SaaS environment
Strong service orientation with a customer-first mindset
Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration (must)
Hands-on experience managing onboarding and offboarding processes
Experience with IT automation tools such as Okta Workflows, Workato, Make, or Zapier
Familiarity with GitHub and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Experience building or supporting AI-driven or agentic workflows
Self learner
