The Firmware Engineer II will design, develop, and test the embedded software for pluggable optical transceiver modules within the Optical Engines product unit. You will work closely with Optical, Hardware, and Test engineers to deliver high-quality, production-grade firmware for next-generation optical products.
What you'll do
Perform all aspects of embedded firmware design and development, including architecture, design, implementation, testing, and debugging
Write device drivers for complex ASIC’s, FPGA’s, and other components
Contribute to hardware design and participate in hardware design reviews
