Our Growth is Creating Great Opportunities!
Our Optical Transport Infrastructure team in Gdynia is expanding, and we are looking for a curious, motivated student who is interested in hardware/software interactions and wants to learn and grow in the area of Embedded Software Engineering.
Position: Student (Bootloader Software Engineering) - Optical Transport
You will work side by side with our experienced Bootloader Engineers on real hardware prototypes for next-generation Adtran telecommunication products, learning how devices boot, initialize and get ready to run their software. This is a learning role: you start with well-defined tasks under close mentorship, take on more responsibility as you grow, and build up your embedded and low-level software expertise.
What you'll do
Bootloader development support: Help the bootloader engineers develop, test and debug bootloader software for our telecom systems.
Coding: Implement smaller features and bug fixes in C under the guidance of principal engineers.
