It powers the people data, company structure, configurable operating model, employee lifecycle processes, and operational workflows that help companies run and scale their people operations.<br>This is a high-impact role for a product leader who wants to build products that sit at the heart of how companies operate. You will shape experiences that help organizations structure their workforce, run critical HR operations, and make confident people decisions at scale.<br>As a Senior Product Manager in Core HR, you will own a meaningful product area and turn complex customer needs into simple, scalable, and trusted product experiences. Your work will directly influence customer trust, operational efficiency, product adoption, and Bob’s ability to scale globally.<br>This role is ideal for a product leader who enjoys solving complex B2B SaaS problems, working closely with customers, collaborating across multiple product and engineering teams, and building products that become core to daily business operations.
