Job description
Description
At Lusha, we’re building for builders. We build fast and AI-first - so we look for builders.
By a builder, we mean someone who turns “maybe” into “done”.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Analyst who works at the intersection of product, data, and user experience, and acts as a true partner to Product teams. This role goes beyond reporting - it’s about understanding why users behave the way they do, shaping product decisions, and turning insights into action.
You’ll be deeply embedded in how our product evolves, from defining success metrics and running experiments to influencing the roadmap with clear, data-driven recommendations.
Hands-on experience using GenAI to accelerate product analysis, experimentation design, insight generation, and decision-making processes is a must for this role.
This role is based in Tel Aviv. We work in a hybrid model, with 3 days a week in the office.
This might be for you if:
You enjoy working closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers
You like answering complex questions about user behavior and product performance
You’re comfortable owning analyses end to end — from framing the problem to impact
You thrive in fast-moving, iterative environments
You actively leverage AI tools to improve analytical speed, experimentation quality, and insight depth
You care about outcomes, not just dashboards
Requirements
4+ years of experience in Product Analytics or Data Analytics, ideally in B2B SaaS or PLG
Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets
Proficiency in Python or R for analysis and experimentation
Solid understanding of product and SaaS metrics (Retention, Activation, Churn, LTV, etc.)
Hands-on experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and statistical analysis
Proven experience using GenAI tools as part of your day-to-day analytical workflow
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence product decisions with data
Nice to have:
Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap), browser extensions, or data enrichment products.
