We're looking for a Solutions Architect to join our growing SA team. Solutions Architects at Pentera are the top product experts: the go-to point of contact between customers and every internal team. You'll design and deploy Pentera's platform in complex enterprise environments, lead technical deep-dives with security teams, and translate real-world attack trends into actionable remediation guidance. This is a role that sits at the intersection of offensive security, customer impact, and product influence.
What you'll do
Design deployment solutions for the Pentera platform in complex customer environments, ensuring maximum coverage and value
Lead technical deep-dive sessions with cybersecurity experts, guiding them through penetration testing procedures and remediation strategies
Maintain in-depth knowledge of security trends, threats, and attack techniques to improve both customer outcomes and the Pentera platform
Act as a product expert focused on customer education, driving adoption and identifying service expansion opportunities
Serve as the bridge between customers and internal teams (Product, R&D, Support), surfacing recurring issues and influencing platform improvements
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, contributing directly to retention and growth
Requirements
3-5 years of hands-on penetration testing or red team operations experience, with a deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts
Scripting capabilities: Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar
Ability to communicate complex technical details to audiences with varying levels of expertise
Strong problem-solving skills and creative, out-of-the-box thinking
Self-sufficient, autodidact, team player with a collaborative attitude
Willingness to travel periodically based on customer and business needs
Nice to have
CISSP, OSCP, or equivalent certifications
