We are looking for a talented Hardware Engineer to join our R&D team in Sofia, Bulgaria, and play a key role in the development of next-generation SATCOM products. As a Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and validation of complex electronic hardware for advanced satellite communication systems. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams including RF, Mechanical, System, Embedded Software, and Production Engineers throughout the full product lifecycle, from concept and prototyping to mass production
What you'll do
Design and develop digital and analog electronic circuits for satellite communication equipment.
Design, review, and debug multilayer PCBs using industry-standard CAD tools.
Select components, perform circuit simulations, and analyze performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
Develop and execute hardware validation, verification, and qualification test plans.
Troubleshoot hardware issues during development, integration, and production phases.
Requirements
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in hardware design and development.
Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design.
Hands-on engineering mindset. Excellent attention to detail. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Good spoken and written English.
