We are seeking an experienced Maintenance or Reliability Engineer with a proven background in maintenance leadership, reliability management, and troubleshooting for Komatsu mining assets.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise with Komatsu haul trucks / Sandvik/ Hitachi/ Epiroc including:
In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, structural components, common failure modes, and operational faults.
Strong understanding of preventive maintenance practices, OEM recommendations, and post-failure repair challenges.
What you'll do
analyzing advanced data from Komatsu truck monitoring and control systems
Preparing professional reports and presenting findings
Preparing weekly presentations by integrating analysis insights with prior technical knowledge
This is a hands-on consulting role based on remote assignments in mining operations. We are looking specifically for candidates who have worked directly at mine sites rather than exclusively in dealerships or service centers.
