What you'll do
Manage order flow from sites to factory – volume, due dates, priority, allocation
Coordination between main business units – real-time operational impact during high season. Factory – Sales - Customer service
Manage Customer ETA expectations – when will my package arrive?
Manage shipping offering – ETA, gaps, pricing, messaging, available options
Manage shipping offering testing setup and control
Manage cross-site elements, messaging, and settings – based on ETA during high season
Manage QA team member responsible for QA of processes above
