KPMG Israel (operating under the name Somekh Chaikin) is the Israeli member firm of the global KPMG network. The firm operates as a private partnership providing audit, tax, and advisory services. Headquartered at the Millennium Tower in Tel Aviv, the firm maintains additional branches in Haifa, Jerusalem, and Beer Sheva, employing over 1,200 professionals across the country.

The firm's core activity is financial statement auditing, tax planning, and corporate advisory. Within the technology sector, KPMG Israel's Tech Growth practice provides merger and acquisition (M&A) advisory, financial due diligence, intellectual property tax structuring, and IPO readiness services. Its client base spans early-stage venture-backed startups, venture capital funds, and publicly traded multinational corporations.

The firm operates through three main pillars: Audit, Tax, and Advisory.
