Hadassah Ein Kerem is the primary campus of the Hadassah Medical Center, located in Jerusalem, Israel. The center is a non-profit institution owned by Hadassah, the Women's Zionist Organization of America. It employs thousands of individuals globally, comprising physicians, nurses, researchers, and administrative staff.

While fundamentally a healthcare provider, Hadassah Ein Kerem is deeply integrated into the Israeli biotech and medtech ecosystems. Its technology transfer company, Hadasit (founded in 1986), is responsible for commercializing the intellectual property generated by the hospital's clinical staff and researchers. Hadasit's operations include licensing medical patents, partnering with pharmaceutical companies, managing clinical trials, and spinning out medical startups based on internal clinical research.
