The Danel Group is a veteran Israeli public services corporation founded in 1974. The company is publicly traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange under the ticker DANE and is a constituent of the TA-90 index. While often associated with the local tech sector through its dedicated high-tech recruitment arm, "Danel Tech", the parent company operates across a much broader spectrum of services divided into four main pillars: Nursing, Human Resources, Special Needs, and Private Medicine. The management headquarters oversees a national network of dozens of branches, and the group employs thousands of workers across Israel, predominantly in caregiving and welfare roles.

Danel's operations span several distinct divisions. The Human Resources division manages staffing, executive search, and personnel management, which includes targeted placement for software and engineering roles via the Danel Tech brand. The Nursing division provides geriatric care and home assistance, largely working with Israel's National Insurance Institute. The Special Needs division operates residential hostels, day centers, and occupational frameworks for individuals with disabilities. Furthermore, the Medical division has expanded in recent years through acquisitions, holding ownership stakes in private healthcare facilities, most notably the "Einayim" laser eye surgery and medical clinics network.
