Operational Visibility & Reporting

Maintain a clear and reliable view of active production status, ownership, deadlines, risks, and blockers.

Provide regular operational updates to keep stakeholders aligned and avoid the need for follow-ups.

Use production data and day-to-day insights to identify risks, recurring issues, and areas that require operational attention.

Workflow Optimization

Identify friction points in the production pipeline and suggest practical improvements to increase speed, clarity, and delivery quality.

Support adoption of existing and new workflows as production evolves with technology, automation, and internal tool improvements.

Coordinate onboarding and process alignment for new team members to support smooth integration.

What We’re Looking For
4–6 years of experience in operations, project management, production management, or a similar execution-focused role.
Experience managing day-to-day production flow across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, or Monday.com).
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities, deadlines, ownership, and follow-ups.
High attention to detail with the ability to identify and flag gaps, inconsistencies, or risks early.
Comfortable working in a technical environment with internal tools, production systems, or AI-driven workflows.
Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify blockers early and drive practical solutions.
Data-oriented and comfortable working with reports, dashboards, status tracking, and operational insights.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to keep teams aligned and stakeholders clearly updated.
Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment.
Fluent English, written and spoken - you’ll lead meetings, write documentation, and communicate with global team members.
Working days: Monday to Friday to align with our global teams.

Experience in mobile gaming, playable ads, creative production, or performance marketing.
Experience working with Product and Tech teams on internal tools, automations, or workflow improvements.
Experience in a startup environment, with an ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
