We are hiring a Core Infrastructure Manager for a healthcare organization in Israel, a senior management role responsible for managing three infrastructure teams and overseeing core infrastructure strategy, operations, continuity, and strategic projects
What you'll do
Manage managers and expert teams across core infrastructure domains
Oversee three professional teams covering Compute, Storage, Virtualization, Backup, IBM Power / AS400, and SAP infrastructure
Define and drive the technology strategy and multi-year roadmap, including work plans, budgets, goals, success metrics, and priorities
Ensure IT continuity, availability, performance, capacity, security, and resilience of core infrastructure, including BCP/DRP programs
Lead strategic large-scale technology projects and work with Development units and business customers
Requirements
10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure within Enterprise organizations
5+ years of experience managing managers and leading technology teams
Significant experience managing Server, Storage, Virtualization, and Backup infrastructure
Experience managing or leading IBM Power / AS400 environments
Experience with SAP and SAP HANA infrastructure, Data Centers, Business Continuity, DRP, and complex technology projects
