Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Field Technician to support and maintain our product at customer sites.
What you'll do
Respond to service calls and troubleshoot issues at customer sites
Install and assemble smart shopping carts and electronic equipment
Perform routine maintenance and functional checks
Support warehouse and logistics operations on days without service calls or installations
Requirements
Technical background in electronics – a must
Ability to perform physical, demanding work
High sense of responsibility, orderliness, and service orientation
Ability to work independently
Valid driver’s license – a must
Work Schedule
Work week: Sunday–Thursday
Friday work is on an as-needed basis only, in response to service calls
