Responsibilities
Responsible for all company procurement activities, reporting directly to the Director of Supply Chain and Procurement.
Manage procurement processes and supplier engagements across a wide range of purchasing categories with both Israeli and global suppliers, primarily from the Far East.
Identify new suppliers and sourcing opportunities, and establish ongoing relationships and interfaces with suppliers and contractors.
Prepare and issue competitive RFQs (Requests for Quotation), determine the most efficient sourcing strategy, and negotiate with approved suppliers.
Draft and manage various contracts, conduct negotiations while ensuring compliance with budget and schedule targets, support transactions, and provide procurement assistance to the company's various departments.
Conduct ongoing supplier performance reviews and ensure compliance with agreed commercial terms.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Law, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering & Management, or another relevant field – required.
5–7 years of experience in procurement and contracting – required.
Proven experience in procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, negotiations, and contract execution with local and international suppliers.
Demonstrated ability to lead global procurement initiatives.
Strong technical orientation – significant advantage.
High level of English (spoken, written, and reading) – required.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment, with strong time-management and organizational skills.
Creative problem-solving skills for addressing ongoing supplier and contractor challenges.
High motivation and a proven ability to prioritize and balance both short-term and long-term activities.
