Senior User Acquisition Manager

Workiz is the AI growth engine for home service businesses, an operating system that runs the day and drives the growth. AI answers every call and books the job. Dispatch fills the board and puts the right tech in front of the customer. Estimates, invoices, and payments handle themselves. And because marketing is built into the same system, the job history a business already owns brings back old customers, fills slow weeks, and recovers estimates that went cold. Operations and demand generation in one platform. Trusted by over 120,000 pros across North America in HVAC, plumbing, garage door, and other trades. We're proud to be ranked #5 on Dun's 100 list of 2025 of Israel's best companies to work for. We’re looking for a Senior Acquisition Manager to take full ownership of paid acquisition performance across every major channel. This is not a "run the campaigns and report the numbers" role — we want someone who thinks like a founder about their budget, questions the standard playbook, and finds growth where others aren’t looking. You’ll own the targets, the spend, the channel mix, and the story behind the numbers. So, what will you be doing all day? Full ownership of paid acquisition strategy and performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels — including AI-driven ad surfaces — managing a significant monthly budget end to end. Setting and owning, CAC, and ROAS targets in partnership with sales, and being the single point of accountability for acquisition performance. Building, testing, and scaling full-funnel campaigns, from top-of-funnel awareness through bottom-of-funnel conversion. Reporting and attribution — building dashboards in Tableau and analytics tools that turn raw data into decisions, and keeping HubSpot data clean from click to closed revenue. Owning tracking infrastructure (Google Tag Manager, pixels, conversion APIs) so measurement stays accurate as privacy and platform changes keep shifting the ground. Constantly testing new channels, formats, and creative angles — bringing ideas that go beyond the standard growth playbook. Partnering with creative, product marketing, and sales to keep acquisition strategy aligned with broader company growth goals.
