We are looking for a Full-Stack R&D Team Lead to join our growing R&D organization. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for building end-to-end product capabilities, from backend services and data pipelines to user-facing applications. You will work closely with the Product, Security, and Infrastructure teams to deliver scalable, secure, high-quality features that support real-time Web3 security use cases. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines technical ownership with people leadership.
