About the role

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 8+ years We are looking for an experienced Director of Customer Success to lead the client success organization at a fast-growing B2B digital marketing agency. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for the full customer lifecycle - from onboarding and delivery excellence to retention, account growth, and long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills with deep expertise in B2B digital marketing and a proven ability to build high-performing teams, scalable processes, and strong client relationships.

What you'll do

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers
Own the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and account growth
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key client stakeholders
Lead strategic business reviews and provide trusted marketing guidance

Oversee integrated digital marketing strategies across Performance Marketing, SEO, Creative, CRO, and Growth

Establish and maintain customer success best practices, playbooks, processes, and quality standards

Ensure consistent delivery excellence across client accounts

Collaborate with internal teams to align strategy, execution, and client expectations

Monitor customer health, identify risks and opportunities, and proactively drive account success

Requirements

8+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
Proven leadership experience within a Digital Marketing Agency
Experience leading Customer Success, Client Services, or Account Management teams
Strong expertise in Performance Marketing, SEO, Creative, CRO, and Growth Marketing
Experience managing enterprise or complex B2B client accounts
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and drive growth opportunities
Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with senior and executive-level clients
Experience building processes, mentoring teams, and driving operational excellence
Strong analytical and data-driven approach
Native or near-native English - written and spoken
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

Nice to have

Experience working with SaaS, technology companies, or B2B organizations
Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment
Experience scaling Customer Success organizations
Experience improving operational efficiency and client retention
Strong understanding of the digital marketing and technology ecosystem
