The role combines project coordination, customer communication, implementation activities, and cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving day-to-day project execution, maintaining visibility of progress, coordinating between relevant stakeholders, and supporting successful delivery and customer adoption.
The position involves working closely with internal teams, customers, and external partners, in accordance with company priorities, delivery processes, and project governance.
What you'll do
Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of assigned customer projects, from planning through Go-Live, stabilization, and project closure.
Build and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones, timelines, dependencies, responsibilities, and deliverables.
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for customers and relevant project stakeholders.
Coordinate activities across Product, R&D, Operations, Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, and external partners.
