Manage and lead the Sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight to drive collective and individual success.
Proactively close and negotiate contracts for UA campaigns, focusing on performance metrics like CPI, CPA, and ROAS. This includes defining campaign terms, securing budgets, and articulating the clear business value of our platform.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline by employing efficient lead generation, proactive outreach, and strategic networking within the mobile app ecosystem.
Identify significant upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand UA budgets with existing key partners based on successful performance.
Operate effectively in a dynamic, target-driven environment with a relentless focus on exceeding measurable sales and revenue targets.
